Belgium 10 Francs Devlag 1936 1945 (ND) - The Deutsch-Vlämische Arbeitsgemeinschaft, or DeVlag (pronunciation 'deevlag') for short, was a cultural association founded in 1935-1936 by Flemish and German academics for the study of the similarities of Flemish and German culture. The organization was pro-National Socialist from the outset. During the Second World War it evolved into a collaborationist political party. The Flag leaders were Jef van de Wiele and Rolf Wilkening.
